York Crescent Apartments are 4 modern, and stylish apartments based in a Victorian town house close to the centre of Historical York.
The newly converted apartments are finished to a high standard and provide comfortable accommodation perfectly located for those looking to either enjoy a stay in the city, or for a base whilst working close by.
Apartment 4 is set over two floors and is a contemporary 2-bedroom apartment based on the second floor. It comprises of two double bedrooms both with a king size zip link bed, and a bathroom to the first floor, and then an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area to the second floor. There is also a double sofa bed located in the lounge.

This apartment can be accessed via the stairs at the front of the property. No smoking is permitted in the apartment.

There is some street parking at the front of the property and a small public car park across the road. The city centre is located just a 15-minute walk away or 5 minutes in a car and the train station is only a 10-minute walk away or 5 minutes in a car. There is also a convenience store, some fast food and takeaway shops, and a cinema just a few yards away.
